Analysis of the reason why the chair can’t move
1. Loose for main control, sub-control wire and foot pedal wire
Inspection method:Checking the wire of treatment circuit board,sub-control and foot pedal control if there are loose inside the side box
Solution:Tightening wires
2. Loose for chair motor wire
Inspection method:Checking the chair motor wire if it have loose or drop out from program circuit board inside the floor box.
Solution: Plug the wire back in and keep it tight.
3. Main control circuit board damage.
Inspection method: Base on connected solid for the wire of chair motor, main control, sub-control and foot pedal.
- Press the button in the main control to make chair cushion up and down after power on, chair cushion can’t work. Unplug the main control wire.
- Press the button in the sub-control and foot pedal to make chair cushion up and down, chair cushion can work.
- Turn out is main control circuit board damage
Solution: Replace the main circuit board.
4. Sub-control circuit board damage
Inspection method:Base on connected solid for the wire of chair motor,main control,sub-control and foot pedal.
(1).Press the button in the sub-control to make chair cushion up and down after power on,chair cushion can`t working.Unplug the sub-control wire.
(2).Press the button in the main control and foot pedal to make chair cushion up and down,chair cushion can working.
(3).Turn out is Sub-control circuit board damage.
Solution：Replace the Sub-control circuit board.
5. Foot switch damage
Inspection method:Base on connected solid for the wire of chair motor,main control,sub-control and foot pedal.
(1).Press the button in the foot pedal to make chair cushion up and down after power on,chair cushion can`t working.Unplug the foot pedal wire.
(2).Press the button in the main control and sub-control to make chair cushion up and down,chair cushion can working.
(3).Turn out is Sub-control circuit board damage.
Solution：Replace the Sub-control circuit board.
6. Program circuit board damage
Inspection method:Base on the power has been turn on,Checking main control,foot pedal and sub-control if it can working.it need to be checked step by step
- .If main control can`t working,it might damage.Unplug the main control wire.
- .If Sub- control can`t working,it might damage.Unplug the sub-control .
- .If Foot pedal can`t working,it might damage.Unplug the Foot pedal wire.
- .If all the above can working,turn out program circuit board damage
Solution:Replace the program board.
7. Chair motor damage.
Inspection method:Base on the all above can work, checking the emergency lift button inside the program circuit board if it can working,if chair cushion can’t move after press that button, turn out chair motor damage.
Solution:Replace the chair motor.
